DO you think breast should be call private part??

A medical doctor identified as Dr Dennis on Twitter recently took to the social media platform to declare breast as a non-private part.
According to him, the rate at which women of nowadays are showing off breast is very alarming and it will plain make sense to remove it as part of private parts.
