Again, if Jude/Northside think they own intellectual property rights in Cynthia Morgan’s works or even her name under their label, they are wrong. This contract is so loose that it doesn’t grant Jude/Northside AUTOMATIC intellectual property rights. See clauses 9,10 & 12.

From a lawyer’s pov, this contract is a rubbish piece of document. It doesnt properly protect the interest of either Jude/Northside or Cynthia Morgan. To cap the ‘rubbishness’ of the document, look at the arbitration clause. Arbitration in Lagos but American Arbitration rules?
